Day 34 - Anaheim, CA to La Jolla, CA

Today is our "Magic Morning"... that means we can get into the park at 7am. Charlie and I manage to get up early and we're through the gates by 7:15am. Unfortunately, they only have Tomorrowland and Fanstasyland open, so we ride Space Mountain and the Matterhorn and then we get in line with the crowds to get into the other lands by 8am.

At 8am, on the dot, they let the hoards into Frontierland and Adventureland. We had towards the Indiana Jones ride, but find a long line waiting, so we get a FastPass for the ride and went and road Big Thunder again. After that, we rode the new Pirates of the Caribbean. That was pretty fun, I hadn't seen it since they updated it to match the movie.

At that point, we still had a little time before our Indiana Jones FastPass window, so we ate breakfast. Unfortunately, by the time we got to the Indiana Jones ride, they'd closed it for the day. BUMMER.

Charlie and I went to the California Park and road the Grizzly Rafts, California Screaming and Soaring Over California. Then we had lunch and and road California Screaming again.

By this point, you've noticed that I haven't mentioned the girls once. That's because Laura had the camera and she was taking pictures of the girls. They were riding teacups

We leave Anaheim a little before 2:00pm and head South.

We arrive at my grandfather's nursing home and have a brief visit.

After a very long day, we pulled into our hotel in La Jolla.
